Letting Go, BEing in the Flow – The Law of Disattachment

“Always without desire we must be found,
If its deep mystery we would sound;
But if desire always within us be,
Its outer fringe is all that we shall see.”

Ancient martial arts masters taught the Law of Disattachment. When you hold desire, you restrict the flow of energy. It is as if you are trying to force energy to exhibit or appear a certain way. We often use force to create a “desired” outcome, right? To truly BE in the flow of universal energy is to let go of all desire because desire impedes the flow of universal energy. We need to learn to exist simply in a state of BEing that allows universal energy to move in us and through us and back out to the greater universal field. Then all things move in harmony and synchronicity.

Have you ever thought of somebody only to have them call you the next minute? That is a synchronicity. How did it happen. In that moment, you were both in a state of allowing or simply BEing.

Disattachment is a fundamental teaching of Buddha. He recognized that only when we let go of our inner desires and seek outwardly that which is good for all, thereby including that which is also in our own better interests because we individually are part of the greater ALL, then in that state do we truly reflect enlightment – we are all ONE.

When you create an attachment to something mentally and emotionally, it is like creating a string to a thing that is now attached to you and you have to carry it with you until you can cut the string and let it go. Rather, practice being an observer of all things including your own thoughts and emotions – don’t attach to them, just let them come, observe them and let them leave. You have less strings to cut and less baggage to carry.

Strings can also act like tourniquets on your energy field, cutting off the flow of energy in your body. You might have heard of these as stuck emotions. This is often seen in the field of massage therapy. A massage therapist working on a person might release one of these stuck emotions and for no reason the person will start to cry or laugh.

To understand the deep mysteries, we must first start practicing how to release and let go and get in the flow….BEcome ONE with the universe – that includes everybody and everything (animate and inanimate) around you.

The Power of Belief

“Some men seem to attract success, power, wealth, attainment with very little conscious effort; others conquer with great difficulty; still others fail to altogether to reach their ambitions, desires and ideals. Why is this so?…The difference…must be in the mind, therefore, which overcomes environment and every other obstacle in the path of men. When the creative power of thought is fully understood, its effect will be seen to be marvelous…the laws governing in the mental and spiritual world are as fixed and infallible as in the material world…mind creates negative conditions just as readily as favorable conditions, and when we consciously or unconsciously visualize every kind of lack, limitation and discord, we create these conditions’ this is what many are unconsciously doing all the time…This law as well as every other law is no respecter of persons, but is in constant operation and is relentlessly bringing to each individual exactly what he has created;”

Mind over matter. The creative power of thought creates negative conditions as readily as it does positive conditions. Are you creating the environment around you and bringing into your life things you don’t desire or are you a victim of circumstance? What is the truth of this?

Can you create whatever the mind can conceive?

Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.

Belief. Knowing with certainty. Certainty brings something into BEing. It materializes matter from the universal field of energy.

You can hope for something, yet it will not come into BEing. Hope is not certain; it is too ephemeral.

Matter is certain, it has form. It takes on form through knowing with certainty that it is there.

Belief is synonymous with conviction. Conviction is proof. Proof is substantive, tangible. Belief brings energy into matter.

Beliefs are important in health, relationships, perceptions, how we function physically.

Are Beliefs and Will-Power the same? No, they are not the same. A Belief just is until motion is given to it. Motion is given to it through the Will. Energy is constantly in motion. Certainty provides forward motion. Uncertainty provides the opposite, backward motion. A certain knowing that something WILL BE, moves it forward into BEING.

We as people are packed down with beliefs. Things that we were told as children, things that we learned as we grew up, things we came to think through processes or experiences.

Do your beliefs serve you? Beliefs can be cast away if they don’t serve you. They can be replaced by beliefs that do serve you. Beliefs can change over time. As we grow and develop, our beliefs can change to accommodate that growth and development.

Take some time to examine what you believe and why you believe it. Ask yourself questions that bring you to look at your beliefs in a different light. Be open to looking at things from a different perspective. It’s amazing how changing the angle the slightest little bit on something yields a totally different view. Change your perspective and the world changes with you.

You can create the life of your dreams.

Letting Go

What is letting go? What does it mean to let go? What does letting go have to do with stress anyway?

Letting go is as simple as it sounds, but not as easy as it sounds. If you’re struggling to Let Go, you are hanging on.

Letting go is disconnecting from your thoughts and emotions. Most people relate their thoughts and feelings as to who they are. But you are not your thoughts and emotions. Your thoughts and emotions are expressions of the state of BEing you currently find yourself in. Your State of BEing can be controlled and changed at WILL. Will Power is the greatest Power in the Universe. As you WILL to change your thoughts and emotions and Choose to change your thoughts and emotions, you begin the process of Letting Go.

Holding onto thoughts and emotions creates tension in the body. The tension slowly builds over time creating chronic cellular stress. Tension restricts the flow of universal energy creating energy blockages. Letting Go of stored thoughts and emotions, old baggage, and becoming Present with the Moment, releases tension, eases constriction, creates fluidity in the body and allows energy to begin to flow more freely.

A Real Universal Health Plan

“If you require health, a realization of the fact that the “I” in you is spiritual (energy) and that all spirit (energy) is one; that wherever a part is; the whole must be, will bring about a condition of health, because every cell in the body must manifest the truth as you see it. If you see perfection and wholeness, they (the cells) must manifest perfection and wholeness in your life. The affirmation, “I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy,” will bring about harmonious conditions.” [Module 9 How to Master Abundance and Prosperity Ed. by Carlson Haanel Wattles Mentz, JD, MBA, PHD]

Another affirmation that I use is, “I am whole as source from which I flow.”

The ancient Chinese believed themselves part of an unbroken whole – the Tao – “a singular continuum within and without.” (Between Heaven and Earth – A Guide to Chinese Medicine p.5)

A continuum of energy. Electricity at the speed of light yields the same percentage of magnetism as magnetism yields the same percentage of electricity at the speed of light – yin yang – the “force”. Energy – the unified field – every thing, including thoughts, are all energy – are all ONE.

The idea that thoughts can affect one’s health and overall well-being is foreign to many. But just as your body is energy, your thoughts are energy, your mind is from source energy, it is possible. Wellness lies within you and you have the ability to access it. It lies within you like an artesian well just waiting for you to tap into it. The more you access it, the more abundant your well-being. You can release your own energy blocks and get your energy (chi – qi) flowing and reconnecting with universal energy using simple to learn techniques.

CNN did an article on Stress. Did you know that 8 out of 10 people are suffering, yes suffering, from the effects of stress. Alleviating stress is possible. Accessing wellness is a reality.

Metals that beat up bugs?

“In the late eighteenth century, western scientists confirmed that colloidal silver,
which had been used in oriental medicine for centuries, was an effective antibacterial
agent. Scientists also knew that the human body fluid is colloidal. Therefore,
colloidal silver had been used for antibacterial purposes in the human body. By
the early nineteenth century, colloidal silver was considered the best antibacterial
agent. However, after the discovery of antibiotics, due to the fact that antibiotics
were more potent which could in turn generate more revenue, antibiotics had substituted
colloidal silver as the main choice for antibacterial agents.

Thirty years after the discovery of the antibiotics, many bacteria developed
resistance to the antibiotics, which became a serious problem. Since 1870s, silver,
particularly colloidal silver, has once again been recognized for antibacterial

I came across this description of colloidal silver and its efficacy and thought it explained so succinctly that I decided to simply quote it.

There are four metals known for the antibacterial-antimicrobial properties. Three are consumable and actually are elemental to human health; they are: silver, zinc, copper. Colloidal silver and zinc lozenges, including nasal swabs with zinc nanoparticulate actually do work in staving off colds and flu. However, to be really effective, there should be some level of the metal in your body already. If you suspect you are at risk, use nasal swabs or take a zinc lozenge every few days. Safe colloidal silver can be found at homoepathic stores. Taking a daily dose before cold or flu set in can help to prevent or reduce the seriousness of cold or flu.

How do metals work? The metal microparticulate inhibits cellular growth so the bacteria or virus can’t reproduce and are stopped dead in their tracks. If the metal level in your body isn’t high enough to stop the bacteria or virus from reproducing altogether, you may simply end up with a milder case of cold or flu.

Our ancestors knew a thing or two about metals too. Copper cookware and silverware made of real silver leeched these metals into the food and provided a level of health benefit. However, one of the dangers, such as drinking wine from a silver goblet, is that the metal particulate size is too large and remains in the body. Elemental metals that are too high can lead to metal toxicity.

Do not try to make colloidal silver on your own – as the blue man from California did. If the particulate level is too large, it remains stored in your body and you will eventually turn blue as he did. Colloidal silver from homeopathic stores carry brands that are safe and have microparticulate size that is safe for human consumption.

Another way to strengthen your immune system this season is to do a detox or colon cleanse. A healthy intestinal tract supports a healthy immune system.

Stress – The Silent Enemy

At least 75% of the immune system originates from the gastrointestinal system (the gut). Did you know that brain neurotransmitters also originate in the gut? This is more evidence that the “mind” really is a spiritual connection to our creative center ~ the dan tian ~ and that the brain is an elaborate switching station that controls the body. Read more in the Mind Monkeys Series. Stress suppresses the body’s immune system resulting in a wide array of systemic symptoms.

Let’s take a look at the definition of stress from the American Heritage Dictionary

 

3e; 5c; 6a:  A mentally or emotionally disruptive or upsetting condition occurring in response to adverse external influences and capable of affecting physical health, usually characterized by increased heart rate, a rise in blood pressure, muscular tension, irritability, and depression.

 

5 Physics a:  An applied force or system of forces that tends to strain or deform a body.

 

The word “stress” is derived from the Middle English stresse meaning hardship, partly from destresse and partly from the Old French estrece meaning narrowness or oppression.

 

The nature of the word is indicative of restriction, narrowing, tightening and constriction – all things that happen within the body during times of emotional and physical stress.  When you experience emotional stress, you will often feel a tightening or constricting in the throat and/or chest. Physical stress causes a constriction of blood vessels contributing to elevated blood pressure.

 

How often do we use words without really contemplating the fullness of their meaning?

Stress not only affects the physical and emotional body, it affects the energy body as well. The constriction caused in the body by stress leads to secondary constriction of energy flow or Qi (chi). Energy blocks often accompany many of the stress symptoms listed above. It is not only important to address the cause of the stress to eliminate future stress but it is also important to release the energy constriction or Qi block so that energy can freely flow through the body once again leading to and promoting natural healing.

Awaken Your Sleeping Mind

For many years the psychology field assumed it was impossible for a person to drop voluntarily down to alpha and retain conscious thinking control.

Alpha is the state where your brain rhythm tends to “centre” around 10 cycles per second (cps).

It was always assumed that once a person entered alpha (like the daydream state), they would be unable to direct their thoughts and probably fall asleep. This was until Jose Silva demonstrated otherwise. He proved conclusively that people could operate consciously in alpha and retain control of their thinking at the same time. These days there are people who can drop down to a lower level of Theta (3-7cps) – and still maintain conscious control! There are even a handful of people who can drop down to mind-awake-body-asleep in delta!

What is happening at this level is that your conscious and your subconscious mind are operating simultaneously, giving you an increase in mental capacity and opening up your 6th sense.  Women tend to use both brain hemispheres when solving problems which may give them extra intuitive capacity.

It was also discovered that a person could drop to alpha with their eyes open (you do this when you daydream) which offered another major advantage for the business executive.

But to all intents and purposes the alpha state is considered to be similar to a light self-hypnotic state. At least the outcome with regard to positive and habit-transforming programming is the same.

The biggest overall advantage in business, of getting your right intuitive brain fully operational, is the ability to “intuitively know” what the other person is thinking and what their real objections are. Not their “professed” objections but the real unspoken ones. By using a special alpha technique, you can actually pre-program to find out what it is they really want in advance. This gives the businessman or woman a tremendous advantage when the actual “crunch” time comes!

And it is an observable fact that those who practice alpha/theta techniques tend to progress quickly up through the ranks – all else being equal.

The reason – you have developed mind powers that others simply do not have. And if you use these regularly you have a massive advantage that others are totally unaware of.  This is why most mind-course graduates seldom ever mention their training to outsiders. They are usually told during their mind-course, instructional program to keep it to themselves.

And it makes sense …… because mind-power knowledge is an exclusive club!

The whole field of mind-power in the western world is in its infancy. And because it will make a lot of people nervous there will not be too much media education about it. It will creep up on us in the same manner that computers have.

Ignore this emerging field at your own peril!!!
